Dear friends, we are looking forward to seeing you the weekend of 12 and 13nd of August 2023 at "Brande

Modelflyveklub" in the central part of Jutland, Denmark.

It is close to Billund, the home of Lego and Legoland for kids and family.

Rules: The contest is carried out under the official FAI F3K-rules.

Local rules: Will be announced at the briefing (there will hopefully be no no fly zones)

Registration:

All contestants can register via email to: ruben.sonne@gmail.com (latest on the 5th of August)

FAI license and a valid insurance is mandatory. (Insurance is regarded as valid if you are member of you NAC)

Contest Prizes:

Prizes for best three seniors and the best junior.

Information needed in registration:

Full name.

FAI License number.

Sen/Jun -pilot.

Selected fee.

T-shirt size.

For additional persons:

Selected fee.

T-shirt size. (If selected)

Option:

Friday evening we will gather for some “Takeaway”

Please tell us how if your interested and how many mouths to feed.

Fees:

All inclusive (Entry and food from saturday morning to sunday at noon):

Senior pilots: 70 € (Incl. T-shirt, remember to add size)

Junior Pilots: 40 € (Incl. T-shirt, remember to add size)

Additional persons: 45 € .

Other registration possibilities:

Entry fee only - senior pilots: 50 €

Entry fee only - junior pilots: 10 €

Additional persons: T-shirt: 15 € (Remember to add size)

Only Party Saturday evening: 20 €

Breakfast and lunch, Saturday and Sunday: 15 €

Refreshing drinks, beer and wine can be bought on site.

Payment:

Due to increased fees on international money transfers and harder control on “Money laundry” or “White wash” regulations, we would prefer Cash-payment on arrival site for non-danish pilots.

Danish pilots will receive information on payment by e-mail upon registration.

19.00 Take Away for those who ordered (Prize to be announced, it will be an equal split of costs)

20.30 Bring our Rookie, and we´ll have a blast! (We will bring a small batch)

Prize giving as soon as possible after last group

Accommodation:

Camping in tents, caravans or motor homes at the airfield is free.

Insurance:

The organizer is not responsible for potential damages, and it is each competitor's responsibility to carry

sufficient insurance.

Helpers:

Competitors not involved in flying or helping another competitor will be asked by the organizer to operate as

timekeepers.

Protests:

Official complaint deposit 25 € which is refun

ded if the protest is upheld.
